We welcome owner/winemaker Dusty Jenkins in house to pour and tell the story behind Sage Rat wines.
Sage Rat makes its nest in the unique space where unconventional meets approachability. Their goal is to make low-alcohol, ready-for-anything wines that are food-friendly and intended to be enjoyed now. They work closely with local growers here in their home, the Yakima Valley, who are aligned with their vision for a more sustainable future to offer you unique, minimal intervention wines that are genuinely user-friendly.
