Le Marche, Italy, $17.99
“Verdicchio means 'little green one' and refers to the slight green/yellow hue that wines made from the grape rather than the grapes themselves which are golden in color. Likely indigenous to the Marche with records of cultivation dating back to the 14th century - likely related to Greco and Trebbiano.
Pale straw in color & very aromatic green apple, barlett pear & lemon zest with spring herbs, almonds and minerality for days! The finish never ends (then you take another sip!).” Winery notes.
