This is a category that has really taken off lately. Vermouth and Amaro are classified as fortified wines that have been infused with herbs and botanicals.  They are also labeled as a Digestif to aid with digestion after a meal.  These are commonly used as an addition to cocktails, but quality producers are making stunning examples for just by themselves.  We welcome David Gerhardt from Vinum Imports to pour and explain. This will be an adventurous tasting.
